As the ‘new kids on the block’, AYREP has been making our way in the world of real estate. Our organization started in Jan of 2007 and we have made it through the ups and downs of the past year. As I have been involved with AYREP over the years, our alliances with other folks in the industry has also expanded. Through the help that John Horton and Sandy Battise have provided, AYREP got a table at the Installation Banquet! We were so excited to be a part of the festivities.

I went into the evening thinking it was a chance for the AYREP crew to dress up and hang out (which it was), but what I learned was even more than that. Seeing folks that have been in this industry as a career and have helped shaped our local board to what it is today was amazing. We were definitely impressed to be a part of ‘the bigger picture’ and we know that as AYREP grows, we are helping shape the leadership of the future of our industry. That is truly amazing, and I am humbled to be a part of the process.
